The service

Cloudheo analyzes your AWS accounts through a read-only IAM role that you create, and lists possible savings. Cloudheo never changes your infrastructure: every change is decided and applied by you.

Cloudheo is intended for businesses.

Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You only connect AWS accounts you are authorized to analyze.

Estimates

The amounts shown are estimates, based on approximate public AWS prices and your account's data. They are not a guarantee of savings. Before applying a recommendation, check that it suits your usage: you remain solely responsible for the changes you make.

AI-written explanations rephrase these estimates and may contain inaccuracies.

Plans and prices

Two plans: Free, at no cost, and Pro, paid. What they include and Pro's price are those shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe; prices exclude taxes.

A free trial of Pro may be offered, once per organization. Unless you cancel before it ends, the paid subscription starts automatically when it does.

Any price change is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.

Payment and cancellation

The Pro subscription is paid monthly, in advance, through Stripe. An invoice is issued with every payment.

You can cancel at any time from Cloudheo's settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, already paid and not refunded; your organization then moves back to the Free plan.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still doesn't go through, the subscription ends and your organization moves back to the Free plan.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but can't guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the settings; any running subscription is then cancelled immediately. We may suspend an account used in an abusive or unlawful way.
